After Nancy Rivard suddenly lost her dad, she began to wonder what her place in the world was going to be.

She knew that she wanted to make a real difference and one day it suddenly came to her, “Just do it yourself”.  Since that time she has  founded Airline Ambassadors and has also been responsible for giving hope and aid to many people that have been affected by natural disasters.

Nancy didn’t know exactly HOW she could make a difference being a flight attendant, however, she has now touched the lives of thousands of people. She knew she needed to make other people happy in order to be happy herself, and that’s exactly what she has  done.
