You might believe now that 40 is the time when it all starts to fall apart…and you’re actually right. When the BIG 40 arrives you’ve got to take measures to ensure you don’t end up looking like you’re turning 60 (nothing against 60 year olds!)
The question YOU need to answer (and forget about anyone else for now) is “Do I want to be fit over 40?”
“Yes” is probably the answer I’m guessing, because without health, life after 40 rapidly becomes more like just a matter of time before it’s all over. That may come across as a bit morbid but the truth is, it’s harder to stay healthy after 40 if you don’t work at it and that’s why I, being a member of that demographic myself, searched for products, programs and anything else that would help me get wiser and remain fit over 40.
What did I find?
What I found were many products and programs that promised to show me how to be fit over 40, but the one that has worked the best for me and is highly recommended by others in our age group who want to be fit over 40 is a program called, wait for it…Fit Over 40 by Jon Benson and Tom Venuto.
You might have heard of one or both of them or neither of them and it doesn’t matter either way. What does matter to you is that Jon Benson has received world-wide international acclaim for his body transformation programs and Venuto has written in and still writes for leading fitness magazines.
Something interesting about these two folks is that they come from totally different fitness backgrounds, however, both of them are outstanding examples of how to be fit over 40
